Viktoriya

At 19 years old, Viktoriya packed her life into a single suitcase and moved to the other side of the world.

Driven by ambition, curiosity, and a desire to understand what motivates human behaviour, she pursued her studies in Marketing with Psychology and went on to build a successful career in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, working with some of the world's leading organisations, including Microsoft, Deloitte, and Fortinet.

On paper, she was building the life she had envisioned.

Yet beneath the achievements, career progression, and constant momentum of the corporate world, a deeper question remained:

"Is this all there is?"

While navigating the fast-paced world of technology, Viktoriya found herself searching for something that couldn't be measured by titles, promotions, or external success. She longed for a deeper connection to herself, to others, and to the greater mystery of being alive.

That search led her inward.

At the age of 20, she discovered yoga. What began as a personal practice soon evolved into a lifelong path of study and self-discovery. Over the years, she trained extensively across multiple disciplines, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, breathwork, mindfulness, and embodied wellbeing practices.

More importantly, she lived the lessons these teachings offered.

She experienced the pressure of high performance. The uncertainty of change. The challenges of navigating heartbreak, reinvention, and the constant tension between striving and surrendering.

Then life presented her with its greatest teacher.

At 36, Viktoriya experienced the profound loss of her beloved grandfather — the man who helped raise her and whose presence shaped much of who she would become.

For countless hours spent beside his bed in intensive care, she sat in the presence of something most of us spend our lives trying not to think about: mortality.

In those moments, the endless noise of modern life faded into the background.

  • The deadlines.
  • The goals.
  • The expectations.
  • The constant pursuit of more.

What remained was a simple but life-changing truth:

Our time here is finite.

And the quality of our lives is determined not by how much we accomplish, but by how deeply we allow ourselves to be present for it.

That experience transformed the way Viktoriya sees wellbeing, purpose, and success.

Today, she combines her corporate leadership experience with years of training in breathwork, mindfulness, movement, and nervous system regulation to support ambitious individuals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and organisations who want to thrive without losing themselves in the process.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief:

That we do not need fixing.

We do not need to become someone else.

We simply need spaces where we can slow down long enough to remember who we already are.

Through breathwork experiences, workshops, retreats, and transformational wellbeing practices, Viktoriya creates those spaces.

Spaces where people can release stress, reconnect with their inner wisdom, cultivate resilience, and return to what truly matters.

Because beneath every role, every ambition, and every achievement, we are all asking the same questions:

  • Who am I?
  • What truly matters?
  • How do I want to live?

And perhaps most importantly —

How do I want to be remembered?

Breath by breath, Viktoriya helps people come home to those answers.

Whether working one-to-one, facilitating groups, or supporting organisations, she holds a grounded, compassionate, and transformative space where meaningful change can unfold — not through doing more, but through reconnecting with what has always been there.

  • The breath.
  • The body.
  • The present moment.
  • And the wisdom within.

Music as medicine

The score is the
second facilitator.

As a trained pianist and the daughter of musicians, Viktoriya experiences sound not as background atmosphere, but as medicine and emotional architecture. Every journey is personally curated — blending artists such as Jon Hopkins, Nils Frahm, and Bonobo with carefully selected pieces designed to help people soften, unravel, remember, and reconnect.

Facilitation style

Grounding, intuitive, and deeply human.
Nothing forced. Nothing theatrical.
No pressure to "break through."

Just an invitation to slow down enough to hear yourself again. Because underneath the noise, the striving, and the coping mechanisms, most people are not looking to become someone new.

They are looking to come home to themselves.
